Well I'm not sure what ...

Well I'm not sure what happened last night but my mommy and daddy never came home before I went to bed and when I woke up this morning I was in a strange crib at my Aunt Kelly's house. Oh well, I'm sure they'll come back. In the meantime I sure like chasing after my cousins!!

(mommy adds... it was our first night away from Caileigh and of course she slept straight through for her aunt and uncle! )

Today was a very sad ...

Today was a very sad day for my mommy. She found out that her friend and partner at work died when he was on vacation in another country. We were just at his house when I met mommy's friends from work and he was very nice. I'm saying special prayers for Mr. Randy, Ms. Lorrie and Miss Elizabeth every night.

Today I went downtown and ...

Today I went downtown and did the Diaper Dash in the Pittsburgh Great Race! I started fast but then the boy next to me caught up and cut me off! So I stopped, looked around for my mom and smiled and then started crawling again. Then I stopped, looked around and waived and crawled to the finish! I came in 3rd ! and got my own certificate plus lots of fun prizes and a t-shirt! I can't wait to do the Toddler Trot next year!

Today I started to get ...

Today I started to get my balance and took 4 steps! I walked to Daddy when mommy was upstairs but then I walked for her too! This walking is pretty exciting!

I really like to bang ...

I really like to bang things together with my hands like cups and pots and anything I can hold. And I figured out that if I put my hands together they make a sound too!

Today mommy and daddy took ...

Today mommy and daddy took me to my very first Irish Festival ! It was so much fun! I loved listening to the Irish music, especially Gaelic Storm and petting all the big Irish dogs! I really like sticking my fingers in daddy's Guinness beer - yumm!!

Wow, what a busy weekend ...

Wow, what a busy weekend this was! On Saturday we went over Pap Pap and Grammy's house for a picnic and celebrated a bunch of birthdays! Sunday we went over Aunt Bridget's house to celebrate my mom's birthday and today we went to Great Grandma's house for dinner. Boy am I tired!! I'm still trying to get my balance to stand up and take a step - getting very close!!
